After ten successful years in the premium department store 'Magasin' in Copenhagen, GOLFINO has opened its first flagship store in Denmark.

For the first time in Europe GOLFINO launches in Copenhagen its new Omni-Channel concept. The store is equipped with a tablet touch point which gives customers the possibility to order articles or sizes that are not available in the store directly via tablet. The customer can choose between a home or store delivery.

More shoppers are browsing and buying online via PCs, tablets and smartphones, but still like the convenience and friendly service of a local store to pick up their purchases. The GOLFINO sales staff informs the customers when the goods have arrived. The customer can of course exchange merchandise if the size does not fit or if the article is not to his or her liking. GOLFINO believes that customers will make use of both sales channels, in store and online and benefit from the advice of a professional salesperson.

GOLFINO plans to open similar stores in Scandinavia, Benelux and Eastern Europe.
