Megan Briggs continued the recent dominance by the Briggs family of the SLGA champion of champions' tournament by winning the title  over the Glasgow Gailes course on Sunday. Her younger sister Eilidh had won the end of season event for the previous two seasons.

On a day of some heavy showers, Glasgow solicitor Megan won comfortably from a small but quality field of 11 players with an outstanding round of 72, five below the CSS on the day.

St Andrews University student Ailsa Summers (Carnoustie Ladies) finished second with a 75 while Aberdeenshire county champion Sammy Leslie (Aberdeen Ladies) was third with a 78.
