Girl internationals Lily May Humphreys, Emily Price and Amelia Williamson will represent England in the Nations Cup at the British girls’ championship at Royal St David’s Golf Club, Wales, from 9-13 August.

All three players are representing England in the Girls’ Home Internationals, which start tomorrow at Conwy in Wales.

The Nations Cup will be played alongside the two stroke play qualifying rounds of the British girls’ championship and the lowest two scores will count each day.

The players:

Lily May Humphreys, 14 (Channels, Essex) has just won the English U16 girls’ championship, having won the U14 title last year. Also this season she has won the Fairhaven Trophies and was third in the European Young Masters. (Image © Leaderboard Photography)

Emily Price, 16, (Cleobury Mortimer, Worcestershire) is the Scottish girls’ U18 open champion and was runner-up in the English girls’ championship. She has also won the Leveret and the Whittington Ladies’ Trophy this season.

Amelia Williamson, 16, (Royal Cromer, Norfolk), was runner-up in the English U16 girls’ championship, was sixth in the English women’s amateur championship and tied eighth in the European Young Masters. She is the English schools’ champion.
