In 2017 the Women & Golf workshop tour is on the road again with the aim of helping you and other women golfers approach your golf with renewed motivation and a better attitude.

  • Do you wonder why you make silly mistakes on the golf course?
  • Perhaps you’ve never been able to stay calm teeing oF in front of the clubhouse or when you get called through a group?
  • Maybe you are one of those golfers whose score plummets if your playing partner says something like, “Oh, you played really well on the front nine!”

These are just a few of the issues to be addressed during the Women & Golf workshops, where our aim is to help you to feel more con dent, focused and be better prepared for your golf and the coming season. Drawing on examples from scientic research and teaching, Dr Kitrina Douglas will show you how it is possible to climb some of the mountains you didn’t think you could climb, whatever your age, handicap or skill level.

Consistently over the past five years women who have come to our clinics report to have been inspired to take a different attitude to their golf and this has had dramatic effects on swing technique, confidence, scores, handicap and enjoyment.
